6. In order that I may have a clear picture of the
openings for these officers in the Colonial Service, I shall
be grateful if you will telegraph the answers to the
questionnaire set out below, sending details of any particular
posts for which you may wish men to be selected by saving
telegram later. Unless it is indicated to the contrary, any
appointments made will be counted against existing vacancies
already notified.
